China Steel Market Survey Tour (I), organized by SteelHome, was successfully completed during 30-31 October 2017. Led by Jefferies, four financial institutes from Hong Kong and Japan participated the TOUR, and visited one large-sized steel enterprise, one steel scrap processing and supply company, one steel trading company, one iron ore mine representative in Shanghai, and SteelHome website.
During two-day survey, participants discussed steel production, EAF development, scrap supply/collection, steel chain supply, pricing, export, iron ore demand, steel demand etc. with the companies and experts they visited.

China Steel Market Survey Tour (II), organized by SteelHome Website, was successfully completed during December 4-8, 2017. Shipping service broker from US participated the tour and visited three large-sized steel enterprises, one iron ore processing company and one steel trading company in Tangshan; two steel traders and SteelHome website in Shanghai.
During five-day survey, participants discussed impact of winter heating season restriction, induction furnace, EAF capacity, steel & iron ore price, steel & iron ore production, steel & iron ore demand, steel & iron ore inventory, scrap supply, construction, real estate, Belt and Road policy, forecast on 2018 steel & iron ore market, etc. with the companies and experts they visited.

SteelHome China Steel Market Survey Tour (III), organized by SteelHome Website, was successfully completed during April 11-13, 2018. Research institutes from different countries participated in the tour and visited steel enterprises, steel trading companies, real estate development enterprise, ports and Shanghai SteelHome.
During the three-day survey, participants discussed current steel and raw material market, scrap supply and demand, EAF capacity, production restriction for environmental protection and real estate market, etc. with the companies and experts they visited.
