The material specification we require is as follows:
Pre-painted steel
Painted both sides
20/20 minimum base (prefer 25/25 if available)
If possible, base material at 300MPa or whatever suits supplier
Steel suitable for roll forming production
Maximum 6 tonne coils
Two coil sizes required
0.55 BMT x 920mm wide*
0.75 BMT x 950mm wide*
Preferred colours
White (Dulux ‘Surfmist’)
Light Grey (BlueScope ‘Cyber Grey’)
Beige (BlueScope ‘Wild Oats’) or something similar
