　　Short-term　financing　which　is　expected　to　be　paid　back　relatively　quickly,　such　as　by　a　subsequent　longer-term　loan.　Also　called　swing　loan　or　bridge　financing.　
　　預期很快會收回的短期融資，例如可通過一個相繼的長期貸款收回。又叫回旋貸款或過橋融資　。

broad　money　　 [銀] 廣義貨幣
　　One　measure　of　the　money　supply　that　includes　M1,　plus　savings　and　small　time　deposits,　overnight　repos　at　commercial　banks,　and　non-institutional　money　market　accounts.　
　　貨幣供應量的一種計量方法，包括M1加上儲蓄存款和小額定期存款，商業(yè)銀行隔夜回購協(xié)議和非機構貨幣市場帳戶。

　　An　index　designed　to　reflect　the　movement　of　the　entire　market.

broad-based　weighted　average [分] 廣泛基礎加權平均
　　An　anti-dilution　provision　used　for　the　benefit　of　existing　preferred　shareholders　when　additional　offerings　are　made　by　the　corporation.　The　broad-based　weighted　average　accounts　for　all　equity　previously　issued　and　currently　undergoing　issue.　
　　一種在企業(yè)進行后續(xù)發(fā)行時保護現(xiàn)有優(yōu)先股股東的反攤薄條款。廣泛基礎加權平均條款適用于所有以往發(fā)行的股票及當時進行的發(fā)行
